Update für StreetComplete – Neue Funktionen und verbesserte Aufgaben

Mit der OpenSource Android-App StreetComplete vom Entwickler Tobias Zwick kann man auf einer interaktiven Karte fehlende Informationen für die freie Weltkarte bzw. Datenbank OpenStreetMap.org eintragen.

Dafür gibt es viele veschiedene Aufgaben. Z. B. muss man angeben, welche Oberflächenbeschaffenheit eine Straße hat oder ob sie beleuchtet ist.

In den Einstellungen der App kann man selbst festlegen, welche Aufgaben angezeigt werden sollen und in welcher Priorität. So habe ich z. B. dort den Fokus eher auf Dinge gelegt, die ich lösen kann, wenn ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bin und auch auf solche Quests, die ich über Kameraaufnahmen nachträglich lösen kann.

Gestern wurde ein großes Update (Version 4.0) der App veröffentlicht.

Der erste große Unterschied zur Vorversion ist der neue Kartenstil, der mir sehr gut gefällt.

Neue Funktionen

Man kann jetzt überall eigene Notizen erstellen, wie auch direkt auf der Webseite von OpenStreetMap und man kann ein Foto beilegen.
Nach dem Lösen einer Aufgabe wird direkt die nächste Aufgabe für dasselbe Objekt geöffnet, sofern vorhanden. Löst man z. B. die Anzahl der Etagen eines Hauses, dann kann man danach direkt die Dachform eingeben.

Neue Aufgaben/Quests

Welche Art von Internetverbindung bietet … an?
Welche Religion wird in … praktiziert?
Welche Religion wird an diesem Ort repräsentiert?
Parkplatz: Kostet es etwas, hier zu parken?
Parkplatz: Ist das Parken hier auf bestimmte Personenkreise beschränkt?
Sitzbank: Hat diese Sitzbank eine Lehne?
Brückenstruktur: Woraus wurde diese Brücke gebaut?
Toilette: Sind diese Toiletten mit dem Rollstuhl erreichbar?

Sprachen

Malayalam war veraltet und wurde entfernt.
Neunorwegisch (Norwegian Nynorsk) wurde hinzugefügt.

Erweiterte Aufgaben/Quests

Das Interface für die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit von Straßen wurde verbessert.
Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz: Man kann jetzt die Zeiten auswählen, wann der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist bzw. wann nicht.

StreetComplete installieren

Die App StreetComplete wird es irgendwann in der neuen Version auf F-Droid geben.

Auf Google-Play gibt es die neue Version bereits.
